Our first session together is completely free of charge. This is where we get to know each other a little better and establish if we feel we can work together to accomplish your goals. You need to qualify to ensure commitment to a program.
We will discuss your current lifestyle and what areas that you would like help to improve upon.
We will cover all aspects of the programme – how it works, what it involves, and the level of time and commitment required from both parties to make it a success.
Following the initial meeting, you will be required to complete a series of questionnaires that look at different aspects of your life from what you eat, to your sleeping patterns, daily life habits, routines and patterns.
These questionnaires are designed to give us a good insight into your lifestyle which acts as a starting point for discussion and from which we can start to build the foundations of your personal programme.
Our next session together is a physical assessment, during which you will be assessed on different aspects of your physical fitness, capabilities and posture.
Following the lifestyle and physical assessments, a bespoke program will be designed specifically for you.
It will take into consideration your work and personal commitments, where you prefer to work out and your perferred methods of exercise, and how quickly you want to achieve your end goal.
We will work through your program together, touching base weekly where we revisit and review the programme and the progress you have made, at a location and time convenient to you. We will complete a workout and you will be given a schedule for the following week.
Constant re-assessments and new targets allow your program to grow as you do in confidence and health.
The consultation session is completely free of charge so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
